You will receive ferrule crimping tool kit, which includes 1250 wire end terminals and crimper piler (AWG: 23-7). And the crimping area is 0.25-10 mm². They can be used for industrial electricians, ferrule connectors, Electrical connectors, equipment switch, relay power supply, car audio, lamp, speaker wiring project, and so on.Ferrules can be a reliable electrical connections, and they will prevent fraying and breaking of individual wire strands. Insulated ferrules also support the conductor, preventing breakage due to bending, wire stress and vibration. If the crimped ferrule comes off or if you notice any wiggling, repeat the last two steps. Otherwise, your wire is properly crimped and ready to make a quality electrical connection. IMPORTANT: Before you start installing ferrules, make sure the wire is not live. You should never install ferrules on live wires. How to Crimp Ferrule? STEP 1 Identify the size of wire you want to crimp. The size of the wire will help determine what size of ferrule you need. Typically, a ferrule should be the same size as the wire. STEP 2 Insert the stripped wire end into the ferrule terminal. Make sure the tip of the wire touches the bottom of the tube. If the stripped section is shorter, remove more insulation from the wire with a wire stripper. If the section is longer, cut it to length with a pair of diagonal pliers or ordinary wire cutters. STEP 3 Crimp the ferrule assembly with your crimping tool. Simply insert the ferrule terminal assembly inside the jaw of the crimping tool and squeeze the handles firmly to crimp. Squeeze them all the way to tightly secure the wire into the ferrule connector. STEP 4 Test the quality of the crimp. Do a pull or tug test on the crimp to make sure it is tight and will not come off. Pull the crimped part and the rest of the wire in opposite directions. Ferrule Crimping Tool Kit Recommend: E0508(0.5mm²): 200PCS for 22 gauge wire;E7508(0.75mm²): 200PCS for 20 gauge wire;E1008(1.0mm²): 200PCS for 18 gauge wire;E1508(1.5mm²): 250PCS for 16 gauge wire;E2508(2.5mm²): 250PCS for 14 gauge wire;E4009(4.0mm²): 100PCS for 12 gauge wire;E6012(6.0mm²): 25PCS for 10 gauge wire;E10-12(10mm²): 25PCS for 7/8 gauge wire; NOTE: The above is only a recommendation, please choose according to the actual application or wire gauge. The wire gauge comparison table can be used as a reference (shown above). Crimp Jaws AWG 23-7 0.25-10 mm² Pressure Regulation Accurate pressing pressure High Elastic Spring Automatic reset design Comfortable Non-slip Handle Grip comfortably, crimp effortlessly
Wire End Terminals Our brass plated wire end terminals are made of pure red copper and have good electrical conductivity. The sleeve is made of polypropylene. And their smooth tin plating process will improve oxidation resistance and extended service life
Self-Adjustable Ratchet With self-adjustable ratchet, the crimper piler will adjust itself to the appropriate diameter for stripping terminals, which improves accuracy and reliability during crimping to avoid wasting terminals
Professional Crimping Tool Ferrules can be a reliable electrical connection, preventing fraying and breaking of single stranded conductors. Insulated ferrules also support the conductor, preventing breakage due to bending, wire stress and vibration

Bought this to use on an electrical project. Previously, I would simply strip the insulation off the end of the wire and insert it into the connector then tighten the connector screw. Using the crimped ferrules results in a much cleaner looking and tidy installation, and it also seems to result in a more secure connection.
