Easy To Use:The packaging Includes 100PCS White solder seal wire connectors.Apply cars, motorcycles, experiments or DIY.With only a heat gun,in one step create a compact, secure, waterproof and insulated connection.
How to Choose the Right Wire Connectors in a Cookie-Cutter Product:A product is only as good as the materials it’s made from. These solder seal wire connectors are composed of high-purity and thick solder rings. The molten solder flows and adheres completely after heating the wire for a rock-solid connection!
Impeccable Build Quality:[Weatherproof]The Waterproof solder wire connectors are made of high-quality hot melt adhesive material that is heated to melt the rich adhesives and wrap the solder wire connectors.
Forms a Seal:Rich heat shrink adhesive adds extra moisture resistance and strength are key to a durable and strong wire connection application in wet conditions!
Long-Term Reliability:We can handle complex wiring connection environments. This is because solder seal wire connectors heat-shrink tube made of EVA materials clearly allows the user to see the quality of the soldering penetration Heat shrink tubing is abrasion-resistant and protects the cable.
I used different brands before but this one is for sure solid product works like it should melts nice for tight seal.I loved these connectors. They ate easy to use and make a very nice connection.A few things to note...1. When you cut the wires, leave enough room on one of them to slide the connector completely over the exposed wire. This is so you can physically twist or hook the two exposed ends together and prevent one side of being missed in the solder globular. Then slide the connector over the exposed wires and center the solder directly in the center.2. After applying the connector, don't tug, pull, or otherwise create tension or compression in the wires until its cooled. Failure to do so will cause the connector casing to tear, crimp, or have the wires penetrate the soft casing. Once cool, (15 seconds) the plastic hardens and the wire is safe to move.3. If you are making multiple connections in the se area, you will want to put something metal in between the one you are currently soldering and the ones you already did. In my case, I just place a pair of wire cutting pliers as metal backer for the one I was working on. If you don't, the heat will melt the other connectors and the wires can come loose or the connectors can stick to one another.4. Likewise, if you male a mistake or your connection broke/failed, you can remove the connector by heating it and pulling the wires apart. Then heat each of the ends and use a pair of pliers to scrape off the connector coating. Don't touch the area you heated because melting plastic and solder will stick to your skin and burn you! These make soldering connections so easy and flawless. They are a great addition and tool where permanent connectors are needed. The shrink tubing is very effective for such a relatively large solder seal tube. Seal the two ends first then come back and melt the solderExtremely good idea. Just wish the heat shrink the was thicker. When I was done using these, the middle was a little flimsy. If you need to butt end wires these are great. They are waterproof, shrink in two different places to avoid pull out and the solder melt is the sure winner.A couple of important notes:1. Check the size. I thought all reds were the same size, they are not. Every vendor chooses the colors (or at least this one did)2. Use a heat gun. Yes, a flame can do it, but it is just as likely to melt through the wire by the time it heats up the solder. It is lower temp - but not "low" temp. So heat is required. In the past I have had amazing results with this product. And then the past month happened.2 years ago I had a chipmunk chew through the wiring in my wifes car.(yeah I couldn't believe it either). I used this product to splice 6 wires that were chewed through. I thought I had a good connection.RecentIy, I began to have issues with the device the harness connected to. i found that even though the solder did melt & you could see it flow, it did not bond to the wires properly. in warm weather I began to have intermittent faults & stalls. I figured OK maybe I missed that one. replaced the connectors. same issue.I have had very good results in the past with this product. But in the most critical application I have used it on, it failed. I finally used good old fashioned electronic solder & heat shrink. They are easy to use and makes a good Strong water Proof ConnectionEasiest way to splice wires.Replaces a butt connector but provides a soldered and heat sealed connection with only a heat gun.Thankyou! These are good quality and work great, good value for the money!easy to use, life changerBonne qualité pas comme certaines qui ne tiens pas-
