Needed to make reusable connections on a water heater I was about to pull out for maintenance so I used these to create a connection where I could take the unit in and out. They crimped fine and made a nice insulated connection that can be plugged and unplugged as needed. I could have used these on an light strip on my awning but did not have them yet so I soldered those which was a real pain in the butt, these would have been great on that application had I had them. I will be able to use these on many projects moving forward.
